Birthday Smokeout

On Sept 8th i took care of celebrating my birthday (the 10th, and it’s my 28th; thanks for asking) i smoked as many ribs as i could and ate them over the next few days. The rub:1/2 cup sea salt 1/2 cup ground black pepper 1/4 cup white pepper 1/4 chipotle chili powder 1/2 cup onion flakes or powder 1/2 cup garlic powder 3/4 cup paprika 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup dry keen’s mustard powder smoked 3-4 hours, until inside temp = 190F The Sauce: Base of President’s Choice ‘Gourmet’ BBQ sauce (whole bottle) 2 tbsp of Grey Poupon 1 tbsp of French’s Yellow Mustard 2 oz. Bourbon 1/4 cup garlic powder 1/4 cup black pepper 1/2 cup brown sugar + dash of chipotle chili powder and about 90 minutes of smoking under applewood + chacoral The Pics:
